Follow-up Service
For new customers, conduct the first follow-up visit within 1-2 weeks after completing the first order, mainly to understand the initial usage of the product and the customer's overall impression of the transaction process. For example, for new forging mold customers, it is important to timely understand whether there are any issues with mold installation and initial usage.
For long-term cooperative major clients, conduct follow-up visits once a month or once a quarter. For instance, for companies that continuously provide forged shaft parts to large machinery manufacturing enterprises, regular follow-ups help maintain a good cooperative relationship and address any potential issues in a timely manner.
