After-sales service
Clearly define the start time, which can generally be calculated from the date the product is delivered to the customer for use. For example, the after-sales service period is [X] months/years from the product delivery date, with dedicated personnel conducting after-sales follow-ups.
For different types of forged products, different service periods can be set based on their characteristics and expected service life. For instance, small forged parts may have a service period of 1 year, while large forged equipment may have a service period of 3 years. During the after-sales service period, we assume full responsibility for product quality issues caused by our manufacturing processes, raw materials, etc. For example, if a forged part breaks during use due to internal defects in the raw material, we will be responsible for free replacement and bear the related losses.
For equipment products, ensure that their performance meets the standards specified in the contract. If the production efficiency, accuracy, and other performance indicators of the equipment do not meet the requirements, we are responsible for making adjustments and improvements until they meet the standards.
